Isabel Hahn is an LLM candidate at Harvard Law School. Isabel is originally Austrian and Bulgarian, but grew up in Nepal, Laos, Thailand, and Switzerland. She holds her primary law degree from the London School of Economics in the United Kingdom. Prior to commencing her LLM at Harvard, Isabel worked as Member of Cabinet for the European Data Protection Supervisor, the European Union’s regulatory authority for privacy and data protection matters. She has published articles in the fields of data protection and intellectual property. Isabel has focused her recent works on the intersection of privacy and AI and questions of AI governance frameworks.
