Diana Lysenko

Diana Lysenko is a Master’s candidate in Organizational Psychology at Harvard University. Diana is the Founder and former President (2022-23) of the Harvard Ukrainian Student Association, a student organization committed to fundraising for Ukraine relief in response to the ongoing war. Diana conducts research on the Ukrainian IDP movement at the Harvard Ukrainian Research Institute. Diana is also a Fellow at the Davis Center. Diana served on the Leadership Board of the Behavioral Insights Group (BISG) at HKS, where she researched workplace nudging. Diana works in management consulting, specializing in strategy and business transformation. Prior to joining Harvard, Diana worked in linguistics.
