CLOSING GALA

The Conference will culminate in an elegant Closing Gala hosted at the prestigious Harvard Art Museum. The event is open to conference speakers and dignitaries, as well as conference attendees holding a Gala ticket, offering a memorable conclusion to the weekend’s discussions and connections.

Guests will be greeted with a hors d’oeuvres station followed by an indulgent desert selection.
An open bar serving beer, wine, cider, and soft drinks will be available from the start of the event until 11.00 P.M.
We will welcome our DJ onto stage at 8 P.M. and will dance the night away until 11:15 P.M.

Black tie/ Formal is encouraged. Channel the timeless elegance of a Parisian soirée, the charm of a Venitian gala, or the sophistication of a Vienese ball. Whatever you choose, let your attire celebrate the spirit of Europe!

We are happy to say that the Museum has provided us with full access to their exhibits on the ground floor and the first floor.

There will be two photographers floating around the event to capture both candid moments and portraits.

Located at 32 Quincy Street in the heart of the Harvard campus, the Harvard Art Museums house one of the finest collections of art in the world, providing a perfect backdrop for this distinguished gathering. The gala promises to embody the spirit of innovation, excellence, and community that defines the conference. The galleries will be open for the first hour of the gala between 20:00-21:00, offering attendees a chance to explore masterpieces by renowned artists such as Vincent van Gogh, Paul Cézanne, or Hiroshi Yoshida.
