Loann Marquant

Loann Marquant is pursuing a Master in Public Policy at Harvard Kennedy School. He is a Fulbright and JFK Fellow, as well as a Research Assistant at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs. He previously worked at the European Union Delegation to the United Nations on environmental affairs and sustainable development, and he was trained as an engineer in France at Ecole Centrale de Lyon, where he led several sustainability initiatives in collaboration with local governments.
